Meet THE Artist
We are pleased to introduce Bertram Turmel to THE Event.
Bertram will be THE Resident Artist during THE Event. Bertram is a well-known, recognized Quebec City Artist and the official Experience Artist of the Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City.
